Dr Maria Raftopoulos

Dr Maria Raftopoulos is a general practitioner currently working at Alphington medical centre. She is a medical graduate from University of Melbourne, obtaining her degree in 1995. She completed her general practice training with RACGP, obtaining fellowship in year 2000. Her main areas of interest include women’s health, mental health, paediatrics, geriatrics and Greek migrant health overall. 

She is a second generation Greek Australian, both her parents from the island of Ithaca. She looks forward to working with the HMSA to promote unification and collaboration of medical practitioners of Hellenic descent and philhellenic colleagues.
